Join us on March 9, 2021 at 6:00pm for ACF KC Greater Kansas City Chef’s Association Zoom Meeting. This months host is Kansas Beef Council. Join us with meat scientist Bridget Wasser and Chef Alex Reitz of Beef. It’s What’s for Dinner. and the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, a contractor to the beef checkoff program. Bridget will be breaking down a whole top sirloin and together with Chef Alex, they will discuss its menu versatility and share some ideal cooking methods to consider for each cut.
