June 2023 Monthly Meeting

Join us for our monthly meeting on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at Kurzweil’s Country Meats in Harrisonville MO. We will be car pooling together and will meet in the parking lot at Top Golf at Nall and I-35 to depart at 5pm and arrive at Kurzweil’s by 5:45pm.
We will start off with a tour of the meat processing facility, then Chris and Chef Jesse will conduct a Corn beef brining and smoking demonstration. After the tour, we will go to Kurzweil’s restaurant for dinner.
