In St. Louis in March, at the Central Regions conference, the Knowledge Bowl Team from JCCC won Silver Medals, the JCCC Culinary Team won Gold Medals and will represent the Central Region of the ACF here in Kansas City at the National Chefs convention. Chef Jess Barbosa was awarded a Presidential Medallion. The Chapter was awarded a Chapter Achievement Award.
