The Missouri Pork Producers Association will be holding the Kansas City “Taste of Elegance” competition on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at the Harrah’s North Kansas City, located at One Riverboat Dr., North Kansas City, Missouri 64116.
This competition is structured to allow you the opportunity to showcase both your establishment and your culinary creativity with Pork as a Center of the Plate item.
The first place winner will receive $1,000, 2nd place $500, 3rd place $250 and the People’s Choice award winner will receive a Mercer cutlery set. In addition, the winning chef will represent Kansas City at the “Pork Summit” event 2018.
